Former player and broadcaster Robbie Savage has made his predictions for the English Premier League (EPL) Big Four (1-4) for the upcoming 2023-2024 season, and he doesn’t even mention Tottenham in the background.
Savage appeared on ‘Star Sports’ on Thursday (KST) to predict the top four teams in the EPL for the 23rd and 24th seasons based on what has happened so far, including signings and managerial changes.
It’s interesting to note that he placed Chelsea, who finished 12th last season in a “historic” slump, at No. 4, a spot in the Champions League.

Savage added: “It was a toss-up between Arsenal and Liverpool. “Arsenal have strengthened with the signing of three good players,” he said, “and if Liverpool still maintain their high line, they could easily fall apart like they did last year.
“My top four at the moment are Man City, Arsenal, Man United, and Chelsea,” Savage concluded.
If you’re a Tottenham fan, that’s not a good prediction. Spurs are preparing to play “attacking football” with the appointment of manager Enzi Postecoglou, who led Celtic to the Domestic Treble last season. The signing of England international midfielder James Maddison adds creativity to the second line. However, they have yet to make a big-name signing to boost the squad.
